Set the Scene

We did this party at a campsite with multiple log cabins, this made the set up pretty easy with just a couple of banners, tablecloths, and balloons.

My mom makes these handmade banners for all my parties. She has a paper cutter that can cut out different letters very quickly. It is called an Alphabet Punch Board! “Birthdays are more fun with Friends!”

Serve Delicious Snacks

My sister made this adorable cake to look like a campfire! She also used Pirouline wafer sticks for the “logs” on the fire. It was so creative and a big hit of the party! And no camping trip is complete without s’mores! Set up a s’mores bar with graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate bars for kids to customize their treats. Don’t forget to keep plenty of hot chocolate on hand to keep everyone warm and cozy.

We incorporated a fun DIY project

Painting mason jars. Each person was given a mason jar and a variety of paints and brushes, and they set to work creating their own unique designs. Each kid got a small flashlight to take home as well!

A Photo Booth is also another fun activity to do with the kids!

I didn’t get any pictures but we also had a hot chocolate bar and smores station!
